1. Fine Art reproductions ordering and payment.
It's easy to order, just click on "buy painting" and then '' Add to Cart " button, next to the chosen painting. Payment is done in a way to keep all your private information absolutely confidential. We have a contract with CCNow Incorporated Companyand they realize our online transactions, accepting PayPal, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover/Novus Charge cards and also all the other card types, which are derivatives of these brands. For example: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard, MasterMoney, EuroCard, etc.
All transactions are through SSL server (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. After pressing " Add to Cart " button you are automatically redirected to CCNow , where your credit card is processed in order to collect the billing and shipping information.
Once the order is successfully processed you will receive confirmation from CCNow and from us. You should not worry about your private information - it is absolutely confidential and will be used only for payment for your painting. We do not see your credit card details, neither are these retained by CCNow . What we receive is only your order along with the information needed to complete and ship the painting to you ( e-mail, street address , phone number or any special requirements ).
2. Get a quote for an oil painting reproduction , not listed in the catalogue or with a different size?
For your convinience we offer the reproductions in one, two or three different sizes, not necessarily standard, trying to keep maximum close to the original proportion. You can also order the painting at your own custom size. You should first either email us or fill in our Contact Form to ask your question or give your requirements. If the painting you are looking for is not listed in the Catalogue , you can provide us with it's title or Artist's name and we will find it for you. You will be answered within 24 hours.
The copyright subsist on all original work for 70 years after European artists' death and 50 years for non-European Artists.
3. How to order an oil portrait painting?
To order an oil portrait scan your photo(JPEG format) and send it to our email address as an attachment. It's preferable that the photo is with the highest resolution possible, so we do not miss a detail.
If you have any special requirements please send us an email.
Then simply click on the "buy painting" button, next to the size and price of your choice, and follow the further instructions of our online retailer CCNow.
If you are not satisfied with your oil portrait, you could send the canvas back for correction.
4. Ordering an author painting
Browse through the author pictures gallery and simply click on the painting image.
Note: You can only choose from the author paintings that are present. We can not change
sizes or anything, since the paintings are finished and complete.
There is a constant renewal in the author works gallery, so if not today, you can find a painting of your choice later, just stay in touch.
5. About the painting process.
Our Fine Art Reproductions are entirely handmade with no artificial means. We paint them on linen canvas with oil paints of the highest French quality. Our painters are graduates of art schools, and every one of them is a master in a particular field, which gives us the opportunity to reproduce to the highest point of perfection the style and the technique of the original old master. We have acquired those abilities for a long creative period and that's the reason why our handmade reproductions are the best, bearing the spirit of the original Great Masters.
6. Why are the fine art reproductions unframed?
There are some reasons for not framing the paintings, but the basic one is because every house has its own interior design and the frame of a painting has to fit in well with the whole interior,so you can make the best choice for a frame . There are many frame shops where you'll be advised and helped in selecting the frame for your room or office.
The other crucial reason is safety. Our paintings are transported rolled in secure post-tubes. We wouldn't want to be responsible for a damaged painting, which travelled stretched on a frame.
7. Travel expenses and time to deliver.
Shipping is worldwide. The paintings are delivered in strong post-tubes. Travel expenses are as follows: to the USA and Canada- 37 USD; Europe, UK or elsewhere- 40 USD. Shipping tax is only one time charge and does not depend on the number of paintings you have ordered, for example if you order three paintings at a time , you will be charged for only one shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes, but only to an exact street address . In order for the paintings to reach the highest quality and get dry ,the painter needs at least 4 to 5 weeks . The time depends on the complexity of the painting and we inform you approximately when you are to receive the painting and about the stage of completion of the reproduction.
8. Our guarantees.
Our Reproductions Gallery wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - with a painting you received, return the item undamaged within 20 days of receipt for correction or a full refund . Under no circumstances will a refund be granted after this time.
The refund will NOT include shipping costs, duty or customs fees (if applicable). To apply for this benefit the oil painting should be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of damaging, plus anything included within. The credit will be applied once the painting has been received and it's condition checked.
To request a return, you must have good resons for that. Please contact us by e-mail, explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
Any customer returning items totaling a value greater than $450.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
All paintings must be returned in their original condition (undamaged) .
9. Special services.
We offer services which are not very common. For instance you can order fine art reproductions paintings that could be really hard
to distinguish from the original masterpieces.The painting will bear every mark of the original and also be surface-cracked for an absolute similarity. However there is an additional charge for this, and it must be a subject of an additional discussion. Choose your painting and contact us. We will answer within 24 hours.
